The night is a moment of solitude, quietude, & reflection. The chaos of the day is largely muted once the sun finally goes down, making this a most potent time for our inner work & alchemy. If possible, I highly suggest walking the nocturnal path for at least one year during your life time. Being nocturnal has a handful of benefits, as well as disadvantages, in the same way that a diurnal lifestyle does. Going to sleep when the sun goes up can be somewhat disadvantageous to some, and I get that. However, strive to at least try it if you have the ability to do so. There is much benefit that can come from the isolation and time alone that comes so naturally during the we hours of the night.

In 1976 the US public health department said that only 1 & 1/2 percent of all Americans were actually healthy. That was 46 years ago! Since then, the health has been on a steady decline, and it honestly would not shock me if nowadays less that 1/2 percent of the American population were TRULY healthy. We can thank genetic engineering of food, stratospheric aerosol injections, environmental poisoning such as pesticides & herbicides, polluted drinking water, lack of human discipline, & a myriad of other reasons as to why we are all so unhealthy. Luckily, we have the remedy.

Get on a mineral supplement immediately. I suggest the following:
