FUBAR: Fucked/Fouled Up Beyond All Repair/Recognition

Registered nurse Gail Macrae explains that the U.S. ‘health’ care system is Fouled Up Beyond All Repair (FUBAR). It basically treats symptoms with highly profitable medications (‘band-aids’) and other highly profitable treatments (e.g. knee/hip replacements, stents, etc.). However, it does not search for nor remove the root cause, therefore not helping the patient well.

Also, it’s profits over patients: patients don’t receive the care that is best for them but for the profitability of hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry.

The system needs to be rebuilt from the ground up taking at least two factors into account. First of all, ethics need to be reintroduced, because they are absent from the current system. Coercing people into taking medications, especially experimental technologies that are unnecessary, is unethical.

Second of all, a wellness system needs to be built. In sharp contrast, the current system is an illness system. We need to go from a sick care system to a health care system. The only ones who benefit from the current system are the pharmaceutical companies, the medical device makers, the hospitals and their staff.

Medications and operations need to be used as a LAST resort, not as a FIRST resort.

Health comes from a healthy diet, healthy lifestyle, healthy environment and healthy mindset. Health does NOT come from pharmaceuticals. Junk food, chronic negative stress, chronic lack of sleep, chronic inside living, etc. are incompatible with true health.
