Bandipur Tiger Reserve, Bandipur National Park, an 874-sq.-km forested reserve in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, is known for its second-largest population of tigers.

We stayed in The Jungle lodges and Resorts a Karnataka government-affiliated property. Wildlife safaris in Bandipur are organized only by Jungle lodges and resorts. So if you are a hardcore wild lifer, ensure you book a stay at least 2 to 3 weeks before, it sells like hotcakes.
