Reshmi chicken kabab restaurant style

Reshmi is an Indian word that means “silk.” as this chicken recipe is so silky and delicious reshmi kabab is a north Indian dish very similar to malai tikka kabab

1 kilo chicken breast 2.2 pounds
First marinade:
1 green chili
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1TBSP lemon juice

Second marinade:
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup processed cheddar cheese
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
2 tsp salt
