"Garlic Naan Delight: Savor the Irresistible Combination of Buttery Chicken and Fluffy Naan"

Save my recipe for Garlic Naan! It’s so crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect pairing with my butter chicken or tikka masala recipes. Ingredients are 2 tbsp warm water, 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast. Mix and let sit for 10-15 minutes for yeast to activate. If it doesn’t foam up then the yeast is dead. In a large bowl add 3 cups of bread flour, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 2/3 cup warm water, 1/2 tbsp salt and the yeast mixture. Mix together until it all clumps up and then with your hands start kneading for 15 minutes. Place dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for it to double in size. I warmed my oven up to 170f degrees and then turned it off and placed it in there for 2 hours. Then section into 6-8 pieces and flatten with rolling pin. In a hot pan, spay oil, fry on one side 1-w minutes and spray again and flip over frying for another 1/2 minutes. For the garlic cilantro oil I simmered 1/4 olive oil m, 1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and added chopped cilantro when the heat was off. Brush garlic oil over Naan and serve with butter chicken or chia tikka masala.
