Rich Men North of Richmond (Metal Cover)

This is the first music video and song to be released by War On Gravity! When the Oliver Anthony Music song blew up in August of 2023, Jordan Wilcox (producer, guitars, cleans) jumped at the chance to do a heavy cover of it. Believe it or not, the original idea was to do an atmospheric black metal version. Nate Patton (harsh vocals) had started a solo project, My Millions Inside, several years before to try to bring atmo-black, EDM, and metal-core together, and agreed to making the single WOG's first release.
The video was shot at the warehouse where Jordan, Nate and guitarist Jon (who wasn't able to work on this specific project) all worked at one time! Jordan's wife, Melissa shot the majority of the video in the rain, putting the safety of her camera at risk for the "war effort".
