At the current rate of illegal immigrants crossing the border, Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says it will be “necessary” for former President Donald Trump to invoke the Alien Enemies Act if re-elected president in 2024. Rep. Biggs estimates over 10 million illegal immigrants will have crossed into America by the end of President Biden’s term.
