BANANA BREAD MINI LOAVES 🍌🍞
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and use melted coconut oil to grease your mini loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas with a fork until you reach a smooth consistency.
3. Add all other ingredients and using a hand mixer blend until well combined.
4. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 F (keep and eye on them) until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Enjoy!
Note: I often double the recipe like I did in this video. Please plan and measure accordingly if you also plan to double your batch!
