Rep. Smith talks about House GOP’s behind-the-scenes work on budget negotiations

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) says he feels “very confident” House Republicans will reach a solid deal on budget negotiations. “We’re the only body that has cared about reducing this reckless spending and also securing our border,” Rep. Smith says.
