The T4Cast Ep. 49: Ranting About my INTELLIGENT Neighbor

So I live in an apartment. I have been in this same place for about 8 years now. I have never had any issues with any of the other tenets as I’m quiet, stay to myself, and respectful.

Well recently (maybe like within the last 3 years or so), the guy on the second floor has gotten a new GF, and she’s been semi-problematic since day 1. She’s rude and smokes weed all the time, she ALWAYS has a bitch persona, and she’s just overall an absolute loser (doesn’t work, doesn’t have a life, etc.).

Well, none of this has directly impacted me… until recently. From all that weed she smokes, she’s clearly down to 2 brain cells remaining, and MAN are they fighting hard to remain functional.
