A woman from Hyderabad was spotted starving on the streets of Chicago, US. Syeda Lulu Minhaj Zaidi went to Detroit in 2021 to pursue a master's degree in Information Science. She was found sitting on a corner with a few belongings, unable to speak properly. Her corruption was brought to light by Khaleequr Rahaman, a leader of the Bharart Rashtra Samithi (BRS). Syeda Lulu Minhaj Zaidi's mother, Syeda Wahaj Fatima, has written to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, asking him to intervene and bring her daughter back to India.
