Walking LEGAZPI streets and trying BICOL EXPRESS in COLONIAL GRILL (first time!)

3/5/19 - Legazpi, Philippines - I had to extend my tourist visa in the Philippines so I walked the streets of Legazpi and saw the local life and met a group of lovely happy kids flying their kites. After finding my way to the Bureau of Immigration (and getting told off), I headed back to my room and chilled before heading out to SM Mall to try Bicol Express at Colonial Grill.
