So the powers that be in WALES have deemed fit to introduce some Bonkers Restrictions, This time on motorists, These being lowering the speed limit in certain areas from 30- 20MPH!
Eight communities were selected as first phase settlements to introduce 20mph speed limits:

St Dogmaels, Pembrokeshire
Llanelli North, Carmarthenshire
St Brides Major, Vale of Glamorgan
Central North, Cardiff
Cilfrew Village, Neath Port Talbot
Abergavenny, Monmouthshire
Severnside, Monmouthshire
Buckley, Flintshire

Mad.. Soon we will be buying Horses and Carts..
