US Republican Congressman Byron Donalds said ‘there is no money in the House right now for Ukraine,’ adding that ‘it’s not a good time for Zelensky to be in the States.’ He also mentioned that what’s happening in Ukraine ‘is actually the fault of the leadership of Joe Biden.
