Terraria - Shimmer Arrows only: For real, now

I gave in. I used TEdit to check for the Aether, and, after seeing how far it is, decided to just add shimmer in the base. Which, means I can actually make progress. I figured this would be the best outcome for myself, and anyone watching.

Though, I'm not sure where exactly to go from here, now.
