Day 27 - Changing the Models

Today we will revisit the wheel that we started with on the very first day of the Revive

Bring awareness to that model

You in the centre, and when you were scoring yourself on your current reality, the higher number the further away from your self it took you

In some cases, 10 out of 10 seemed so far away, or in some cases impossible.

Today we flip it

We are 10 out of 10 on all things. That is our Soul

The further away the number,highlights what we can get to work on and bring awareness to to bring it back to our truth

You in the middle

Bring awareness to your description of these words now. Notice the difference answering from you in the middle and how closer to you these areas are within your life

Health
Spirituality/faith
Self/soul development
Words
Consistency
Meditation/you time
Relationship w body
Relationship with the mind
Relationship with self

Remember every day is a new day and all we have is each day. Answer from your truth and where you are at right now

Everything starts from our self which means we get to adapt the models, concepts and ideas to work for us

The focus is to keep the negatives away from manifesting in our reality. We now can become aware of the spectrum without hiding from it

All models are from the mind and can ofter limit ourselves based on where we can go and what we can say

It is time to think outside of the box and start adapting the structures that work for us

Let us look at the duality of life and the opposites of words

Whenever there is a choice between two things, we are met with limitations as it will be decided by the mind

The more aware we are of what does not serve us, the further away it becomes from our reality.

We can use this as a guide and add in a third option to keep us closer to our truth

If we are given a choice, instead of starting in between/the middle and start our awareness from the truth.

Look back to the mid point and use a word to describe that. We are then able to create a gauge from our truth to our higher self, instead of our bad and good.

Bad or Good. Leaves us one or the other. If we add in Great and start from this place. We then are able to find our peace and calmness in all things and know that we are still in our truth

Here are examples of how we can add in a third option and then we get to decide where we start from and what is our neutral point

The BOLD words are the words I have added in to stretch the spectrum

Bad Good Great
Bad Well Good

Hide Protect Grow

Pain Peace Pleasure

Ego Soul Higher Self

Sleep Awake, Meditate

We are also able to the same with answering questions

Questions can lead us in to resistance because we answer based on two choices. Both choices however may not fit with out truth

Bring awareness to questions thrown at you and pay attention to the words and choices.

Without ignoring the question, you can rephrase the question as well as giving them a response that still answers their question whilst being in full control of each moment

Notice what comes up for you and bring awareness to your conversations and interactions and notice if you are answering from your truth, or from a place that creates limitations
