In 1929, the white Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine (AEAONMS) a.k.a. the Shriners, which is a higher order in the Masonic Brotherhood, sued the Black AEAONMS. This was because the Black order was imitating the white order and the white order didn’t like it. The case got all the way to the Supreme Court. Should we assume the Black Shriners lost the case because they went against the White Shriners.
