HAARP "The Doomsday Machine"

HAARP was the original large-scale experiment designed to weaponize the climate, create earthquakes, floods and drought with such plausible deniability, the victims would not realize they had been under attack by their own government. After year 2,000 a distributed network of EMF stations were constructed to do the work of HAARP with more precision. High on the list of publicly acknowledged installations are the NEXRAD network with weather radar stations. Aircraft releases of electrically conductive aerosols - aka Chemtrails, are the necessary ingredient to allow maximum control of man-made weather control and deliberate disasters.
