â–ª100g or 2 mini bottles of espresso liquor
â–ª40g 1/2c cocoa powder (for ladyfinger soak)
â–ª225g or 3/4c + 3Tbsp heavy whipping cream
â–ª450g/1lb marscapone
â–ª225g or 3/4c + 2.5Tbsp canned pumpkin
â–ª12g or 1.5Tbsp pumpkin spice (usually a mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and clove)
â–ª6 egg yolks
â–ª150g or 3/4c sugar
â–ª8g or 1 1/4tsp salt
â–ª1 packet/7g powdered gelatin mixed with 20-30mL water/1Tbsp
â–ª100g or 1 1/4 c cocoa
