Don't Fall for the Unfounded EBS Rumor on October 4th

FEMA announced that October 4 is slated for a nationwide, all-device test of the Emergency Alert systems. If an actual emergency or weather event happens on October 4, the test will be delayed until October 11.
Jason Shurka said he was asked to share this message and then says he's only the messenger. Asked by who? He mentioned that this EBS is "disguised as a test" and alleges that the high pitched frequency will activate graphene oxide and other nanoparticles. He added, "Everyone will be affected, ragardless of your status."
This is massive fear-mongering. I'm not buying it. If anything, the white hats are behind the EBS so it can be used by Trump to announce the mass arrests.
