I'm a loser,
in this story,
of tragedy and woe...
here in this prison,
of my own making,
I'm always alone...

no one can see me,
nobody needs me,
left here by myself...
nobody loves me,
or thinking of me,
it's my private hell,

I've been crying,
so lost and lonely,
darkness everywhere,
to see love dying,
the sum of my fears,
and nobody cares...

I know why,
tear-filled eyes...
see dark skies...
caused these words to be wrote...

where's the love,
that would carry my name,
she said I'm not enough,
left me out in the rain...
what's the point,
nothing remains,
rules still change
while I stay here the same...

my heart bleeding,
from the beatings,
taken over time...
bruised and broken,
I'm just a token,
a reason without rhyme...

it took forever,
thought I'd never,
find the one of my dreams...
oh, how I love her,
placed none above her,
left me here torn at the seams...

first, she told me,
that she'd hold me,
she'd never leave my side...
said she'd be here,
as time grew near,
it all became a lie...

she spurned me... she burned me...
