Vegetable Flatbread Recipe with Cabbage and Potatoes :: Easy dinner
The vegetables are plentiful and the taste is very good.
Crunchy, soft and really delicious.
Because it has gone through a fermentation process, the texture is light and very soft.
It's delicious to eat as is, but the flavor is very good when you dip it in curry.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

✤ Dough
- 300g Bread flour
- 6g (0.8Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 10g (1Tbsp) Sugar
- 220ml Warm water
- 220ml Warm milk
- 1 Room temperature egg
- 6g (2tsp) Salt
✤ Veggies
- 300g Cabbage
- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- 180g Carrots
- 150g Potatoes
- 90g Green onion
✤ Tips
- The reason why only cabbage is pickled is because a lot of water comes out and burns.
- Vegetables can be slightly changed to what you want.
