BigTreeTech SKR Pico No Power Troubleshooting Bad Fuse Holder Repair 3D Printer Klipper

Half way through a print my printrbot simple metal stopped printing. I'm running klipper with SKR Pico. BigTreeTech's quality control has gone hill lately. This is the second time I've had to troubleshoot power issues on this board. This first time was cold solder joints on the main power input.
