Indian government linked to Canadian Sikh leader's killing, Trudeau says..

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is accusing India's government of being behind the fatal shooting of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, and Canada has ordered the expulsion of an Indian diplomat. Nijjar, a Canadian citizen and supporter of an independent Sikh homeland, was brazenly shot dead outside a Sikh temple in Surrey, B.C., in June.
