The best way to trim a dogs nails is with a rotary tool(Dremel). Doesn't crush the nail like a regular clipper so it's almost pain free. As you sand away his nails they get warm from friction. As you get closer to the pink the dog will let you know when you get too close. The hardest part will be getting him used to the sound of the rotary tool. But as you can see once that is done it's "Easy peezy, lemon squeezie"!
