Opposed by Happy Prophets preaching happy but delusional dreams, Jeremiah would be proven right on every point... Thousands stood against him... Beaten, jailed, thrown in a deep well to die... Still he would live to be proven right. Proven right, he would be defied by the people who had seen his prophecies fulfilled... Today, his book and his story are prominent in Scripture and we cannot name the prophets who objected...
