What is Gravity?|⚛

Have you ever wondered what gravity is? Its discovery is often misattributed to Isaac Newton. You couldn't really say it was discovered at all since it's been a fact of life for every human up till now. However, people have written about gravity for thousands of years. Aristotle thought gravity happened because earth and water elements were related and we're attracted to their nature, the earth. This erroneous view actually led him to correctly conclude the earth was a sphere. Newton didn't provide a proper descriptor for what gravity was, he did provide a more accurate view of why it existed what it did. Later Einstein proposed it was caused by the curvature of space and time. Many people since then have proposed other mechanisms for gravity. However, today we still don't have a good understanding of exactly what gravity is. Let me explain why.
