A female former police officer has AVOIDED jail time after leaving an arrested woman handcuffed inside of a patrol vehicle parked on railroad tracks, leading to a train SMASHING into the vehicle and seriously injuring the woman. The former officer, Jordan Steinke, was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation.
