Plasco Building Destruction in Tehran, Iran - Video Evidence

Tehran, Iran — After emitting thick fumes for hours, a 17-story high-rise building, which caught fire for unknown reasons came down on Thursday, January 19, 2017.

Flames accompany a large ejection of material along the middle and lower floors as the building begins to give way.

Voices can be heard over the sound of 17 stories failing, and there are no loud booms like those found in a "conventional" controlled demolition nor are there loud sounds of building material crashing into the ground.

Why does it appear that the structure seems to fail throughout the upper 16 stories all at once and disappears quietly into a cloud of dust?

It seems that the structure failed fairly uniformly, and that does not seem to be characteristic of fire.
