This week, I inquired with the city if they would allow one of my units to be split in 2 from a 5 bed to a 3 bed and a 2 bed. This is not possible yet but I will keep following their meetings for changes.

I patched up all the holes in the window/door trim and baseboards with wood filler and painted all of them with the sealer/primer. I also added the finish coat to one of the bedrooms and it came out really nice.
