Bisthakandi is located within a village of Rustampur Union in Goainghat Upazila of Sylhet District, Bangladesh.Bishatkandi tourist area is basically a stone quarry where stones are collected from the river. At this place, the different layers of the Khasia mountains come together at one point. A spring coming down from the Khasia mountain forms a lake here which joins the Payain river. The rocks here are completely natural and they come down through the water along with the hill slopes.
