Its been a fast year so far! Thank you for allowing us to share this art form with your community. We want to encourage and empower the youth.

Laziness is not an option, Balance is key to success. Thank You for a year of Respect, Humbleness & Life Lessons through this practice. We need to continue to focus on the big picture. We need to improve on our own & help one another. Community is the Goal.

Organic movement, GROOVES, culture driven and personalized charisma. Here are a few highlights, fun moments and achievements on the way to victory, togetherness & GOOD times. These are some highlights from the performance & the cypher.

MESSAGE: Breaking is the type of sport that pushes you to your limits & keeps you in a consistent range of motion. It builds self discipline, culture, confidence, & self Respect. Its a constant CHALLENGE.

LESSON: There is no finish line unless you decide to stop. There is always room to grow.

Maintaining health, balance and motivational, when you don't think you can go anymore is a concept that is important in life. Never stop getting exercise, never stop pushing yourself, FOCUS, & remember to rest well!

This month we worked on stacking freezes, style, power & building our foundation for inner strength. We are building more than just dance. Fitness, character building, humor, social educate, forgiveness, friendships & focus are among the skills learned here.
