"Tantalizing Twist: Delight in the Decadence of Upside-down Orange Cake"

I actually wanted to post this recipe for a while now, but was never able to crack its best eggless version. But believe me, this time I have come up with a perfect foolproof, eggless recipe which you definitely have to save!

For soaking Orange slices,
1 Malta Orange
1 cup Sugar
1.5 cups Water

1.5 cups All-purpose Flour (180g)
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (100g)
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (100 g)
1/2 cup Curd (125g)
1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice (50g)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Orange zest

🍊In a nonstick pan, add sugar and water. Let the sugar melt on low heat.
🍊Then add the orange slices in the sugar syrup and cook on low to medium flame for 10 mins. Then let the slices cool down.
🍊Now, in a bowl mix all the dry ingredients - all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
🍊In a separate mixing bowl, add vegetable oil, vanilla and sugar. Mix till light and fluffy.
🍊Then add Curd, orange juice and orange zest. Mix well.
🍊Add the dry ingredients into the wet and fold the batter.
🍊Arrange the cooked orange slices in a lined baking pan and pour the prepared batter on it.
🍊Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
🍊Demould , slice and enjoy!
