“(360 Cals, 33g Protein, 11g Fat, 38g Carbs per meal)
The ingredients used in this is to make one big meal prep to then portion equally into 5 servings for the week !!”

* 600g raw chicken breast and cut into pieces‼️
* ��add lemon juice, tbsp garlic , tbsp onion powder, tbsp oregano, teaspoon chilli flakes and tbsp olive 🫒 oil
* ��mix together & pan fry for 10-15 mins on high heat or Oven or air fry for 15 mins @220 degrees Celsius 🔥 until golden
* Then on low heat add :
- 30g light butter 🧈
- Tbsp garlic 🧄
- Chopped onion 🧅
- Lemon 🍋 juice
- Baby tomatoes 🍅
- 200ml skimmed milk or ( milk of choice )
- 60g low fat cream cheese 🥯
- Spinach and your cooked chicken 🍗
- Stir together and let it simmer until rich and creamy
- Optional to finish with more chilli flakes 🌶️
- Meanwhile boil 200g uncooked washed white rice ( roughly 630g cooked rice )
- Add equal portions to your meal prep containers‼️
