It’s canning season. Time to put up some corn for the freezer, but what do you do with the leftover cobs? Corn Cob Jelly! Tastes like apples and honey! Can some pears in syrup (like the fruit cocktail you used to take to school in your lunchbox) and use the already soft pears in a Pear and Rhubarb Pie with Homemade Crust.
