BIOGRAPHY
The hard rock/post-hardcore band was originally known as 'Rising Ashes' which consisted of both Middleton brothers and multiple female vocalists from 2012-2016. The band became more serious about their music and in December of 2016, released their first single ‘Conquerors’. Following the single's success, the band released the powerful full-length album 'Out of Darkness' in 2019. Benjamin Andrews featured with the band featuring aggressive/scream vocals from 2018-2021. The band's name 'Saved By Skarlet' was coined in 2016 after Nate Middleton read the book of Joshua in The Bible in which a woman named Rahab helps save two prophets of God. In return, Rahab and her family's lives would be spared from the destruction of the sinful city Jericho, as long as she hung a scarlet rope out of her window. This was a symbol of how one day God would send Jesus to die on the cross for humanity, extending His love and mercy to the world. The band continues to impact listeners both on stage and off stage through love in action, leaving listeners with a resonance of hope within a broken world. The band is currently being played on radio stations throughout the world and can be found on over 50 different media applications. The band has gained recognition in multiple music magazines including Pulse Magazine (2020) with an album review next to Slipknot, Rock On Purpose (2021), and also The Good News Newspaper (2020). Now the band tours throughout New England bringing rock music to life with energetic faith and interactive performances that captivate listeners. The band has performed with well known artists such as Skillet, Manic Drive, Decyfer Down, Disciple, The Veer Union, Saving Vice, The Protest, and more. Some of their most recent shows were at multiple music festivals throughout the New England USA such as, SoulFest Music Festival, Kingdom Come Festival, River Rock Music Festival, Connect Festival, and more.
