A great way to incorporate vegetables in your food

INGREDIENTS:
🌿1 big carrot grated and water squeezed out
🌿handful of beans (chopped)
🌿chopped coriander
🌿1/2 cup besan
🌿1/4 cup oats flour
🌿salt to taste
🌿1 tsp pepper
🌿 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
🌿1 tsp chilli flakes

Add water until you get the consistency shown in the video

Garnish:
🌿crumbled paneer
🌿chopped coriander
🌿chopped onions
