Garudasana, also known as Eagle Pose, offers various benefits, including:

2. Strengthened Legs: This pose strengthens the muscles in your legs, including the thighs and calves.
3. Increased Flexibility: It increases flexibility in your ankles and hips as you twist and wrap your legs.
4. Better Concentration: Performing Garudasana requires focus and concentration, which can help clear your mind.
5. Relieved Stress: The stretching and deep breathing in this pose can help reduce stress and tension.
6. Enhanced Joint Mobility: It improves the mobility of your shoulders, elbows, and wrists as you twist your arms.

But as I always say, you don’t need to do the full pose to reap its benefits, you are already reaping the benefits in your version of it, whether it be beginner, intermediate or advanced level. Remember to practice this pose with care and consult a yoga instructor if you’re new to it or have any health concerns.
