2 men critical after Whitewater Township crash

Two men were in critical condition Sunday morning after a crash in western Hamilton County. Berzain Ramirez, 25, was headed south on Lawrenceburg Road shortly after midnight Saturday. He lost control in a curve near Elizabethtown, the sheriff's office said, causing his car to slide into the northbound lane. John Haeufle, 58, was driving north and hit Ramirez's car with his truck.
