This nutritious millet bowl is great for a healthy and effortless start to your day. It’s so easy to make and packed will all the goodness you need for an energising and satiating breakfast.

I am using Jowar / Sourgham millets in this recipe, you can use any millet flakes of your choice. You can easily find the millet flakes in supermarkets or on Amazon.

Recipe- Serves 1

1/2 cup millet flakes ( Jowar, Ragi, Bajra, pearl millet )
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1.5 tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp honey, agave, honey, maple syrup, jagger or coconut sugar
1/2 cup water/milk of choice
3 tsp pomegranate seeds
1 tsp seeds & nuts
