If you've ever wondered where all this heart disease, cancer, and diabetes is coming from, listen to this lecture from Nina on the real history of seed/vegetable oils and how they became so pervasive in the American diet thanks to advertising from demons like Edward Bernays and the corporate capture of the regulatory and health agencies.

These same corporations also captured scientists and doctors in the early to mid 1900s to manufacture research to tell everyone that vegetable oils are healthier than animal fats (arguing animal fats cause heart disease), and catering mostly to the stay at home mothers who were preparing all the food for families. They would use manipulative campaign tactics where they appealed to the "modern woman" for why they should give up butter and lard in favor of something like cottonseed or canola oil based margarine to cook with.

As soon as butter, lard, tallow, and other animal fats were starting to be replaced with the seed oils, we saw an explosion in disease rates. Heart disease, cancer, and diabetes especially, skyrocketed in near perfect unison with the introduction of seed oils, and it has continued ever since.

Every single fast food place is still using soybean, canola, peanut, sunflower or corn oil to cook your food. Anything that is fried, is being fried in one of these oils.

They're trying to make you fat, sick, inflamed, and stupid, so you're more profitable for the Rockefeller medical system.
