Have it as a snack or salad.

1 cup raw peanuts
3 cups veggies of choice
( Cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, raw mango )
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt as per taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Soak the peanuts for 1 hour, pressure cook for 3-4 whistles on medium flame.

Into a bowl add all chopped veggies, along with boiled peanuts.

For the dressing, mix chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice and mix it with a little powder.

Pour this over the salad, mix well and serve.
