The Concept of Gift Letters!

Down payment and closing costs can be a gift.. Why not give our gift letter to grandparents and family before graduation as an option instead of a gold chain LOL and let them know about the home purchase.. No bank statements from family required on conventional just a completed gift letter with account number to match the wire account number to escrow at time of closing. This is the best graduation gift that I can think of.. CONTRIBUTING to little Johnny’s home ownership!

We actually use Bomb bomb videos to explain your loan options with a screen share, SAME on pre-approvals so that the seller accepts YOUR offer and we use them to explain your disclosures as well as most updates.

I ALSO believe that value is in providing options such as 3 rate options for the same product. What do I mean? For example, a fee sheet with a par 30 year fixed rate. Another fee sheet with a 1 point cost buy down. Another fee sheet with a 2 point cost buy down.
