Closing purchase loans and refinances for my buyers and agents in places like Visalia and Fresno, CA, Corona Del Mar and Oceanside, CA, Celina and Prosper, TX. can be stressful.. Hopefully the stress is not on the buyers or the agents! We aim to make sure that this does not happen..

In 2018 I started using UWM aka United Wholesale Mortgage in Pontiac Michigan. I’m a big supporter of UWM - they have done so much for me.. Nearly 100% of the time I use UWM unless it is an off deal and it cannot go there. Basically in 2018 in started telling Quicken aka Rocket 🚀 t o go F themselves - after they stole(retained, refinanced) numerous clients and their Account Executive lied about it.. and then this is when things started to change for me , my confidence, closing loans fast, really fast and having certainty on timelines and EVERYTHING to give my agent as far as what to tell the clients and just being ON POINT. Over delivering instead of under delivering..

My Account Executive, Drew Isho, I have to mention him. I had lost both of my loan partners early 2020 when Covid hit and I was so busy but drowning in depression and anxiety. He said I've got you Justin. He trained me in a couple months in how to process my own loans in the UWM system. I already used UWM 100% but I hated relying on processors because they had no accountability. Drew is a badass. He is the BEST AE that I have EVER had.. I also join Next level loan officer at that time in 2018 and that was the year, really that I started never looking back. I don’t know where I would be without the coaches and all my friends and Ill also give a shoutout to ME like Snoop.. Companies that are direct lenders are overcharging in RATE and FEES on conventional AND especially FHA and Va loans. Examples of these direct lenders are Rocket Mortgage, Guaranteed Rate, Navy Federal, USAA, Country Club Mortgage, Kings Mortgage, Resource Lenders, Alameda Mortgage, Academy Mortgage - any lender that is NOT a wholesale independent mortgage broker.

We are also competitive on Jumbo and we also have conforming and high balance with second mortgage underwritten by the same underwriter at UWM. We use UWM 99% of the time because of smokin' low rates, Amazing communication from underwriters, processor assist and closing assist. Also, minimal conditions, 4 to 6 hour same day approvals, CD released on initial approval and more. We actually use Bombbomb videos to explain your loan options with a screenshare, SAME on pre-approvals so that the seller accepts YOUR offer and we use them to explain your disclosures as well as most updates.
