Ingredients : 1/2 cup overnight soaked green moong or sprouted moong
Ginger
Cumin seeds
Ajwain
Black pepper
Salt
Ghee

Process-

In a pressure cooker, take the sprouts, add ginger pieces and water and cook it for 2 whistles. After it is cooled down, blend in a mixer. In a kadhai or pan, take some ghee, to that add cumin seeds, ajwain and turmeric powder and add the soup mixture. Let it simmer for few minutes. Then add salt and black pepper to activate the turmeric. Transfer it to a bowl and add some lemon juice. Serve hot! Enjoy!
