Part 2 of 2
The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of James Kitchen, who is a lawyer representing several clients affected by the covid mandates. He is with the Justice Center and has represented high profile cases regarding Alberta churches.
In his testimony, he describes his personal experience and opinions of the events surrounding the arrests of Pastor James Coates of Grace church, Tim Steven of the Fairview Baptist church, and Church on the Vine.
James talks about having to go underground to attend meetings with his clients because of the judges' orders. He describes the police arriving with canine units to take physical control of the church and lock it up. How they shackled one of the pastors' feet before his appearance in court even though there was no flight risk.
James had to keep reminding himself that we were not living in China and immediately called the media. Rebel news was able to get footage of Pastor Tim Steven being arrested in front of his children, and millions of people around the world saw the injustice happening in Canada. Since then James has continued on his relentless pursuit of justice for his clients and for all Canadians.

The covid restrictions and mandates hurt many Canadians. Please listen to their stories.
