President Joseph Biden to approve the transfer of the MGM-140 ATACMS to Ukraine

Senators from the US Republican Party appealed to President Joseph Biden to approve the transfer of the MGM-140 ATACMS operational-tactical complex to Ukraine, arguing that Western weapons such as Storm Shadow missiles are already successfully striking at Crimea, in particular through the ports of Sevastopol.
