The Sevastopol Strikes Were Shaping Operations

On Wednesday, September 13th, Ukraine launched 10 Storm Shadow Missiles at Russian targets in the Sevastopol Naval Shipyard.

The Minsk Ropucha Class Amphibious Landing Ship and the Rostov-on-Don Kilo Class Submarine were damaged, possibly beyond repair.

This operation was designed to "shape" the battlefield by settings the conditions for victory. If the bridges and rail lines to Crimea are destroyed, then resupply will only be possible by ship and air.

Unless Russia is willing to use civilian ferries, it will be very difficult to maintain supplies in Crimea with just two Roll-On-Roll-Off Ships.
