Ingredients:

Boiled Chicken 1 Cup (Shredded)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Milk 1 Cup
Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chili Paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsps
Eggs 2
Bread Crumbs as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and use medium flame and add onion and stir it well and slightly fry it and then take a bowl and add milk and add Corn Flour and mix it well and put into pan and mix it well with onion and then add Black Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder and mix it well and then add Green Chili Paste, Soy Sauce, Vinegar and stir it well for 3 minutes on medium flame. After that your stuffing is ready.

Step 2: Now take bread slices and cut them with cutter (watch video for proper understanding) now take a slice and spread chicken stuffing and then place a bread slice on it and slightly press it. Follow this and make all bread patties.

Step 3: Now take bread patties and coat with egg and then coat with Bread Crumbs. Follow this and make all bread patties and then deep fry them until they become into golden brown color. Now your bread chicken patties are ready.
