Some psychopathic car thieves playing GRAND THEFT AUTO for real and the Las Vegas mainstream media then DOWN PLAYS this story with the TITLE "Retired Police Chief killed in BIKE ACCIDENT remembered for laugh, love of coffee" as some believe it is because it is a couple black men committing the crime which does NOT fit the OFFICIAL NARRATIVE of the GOVERNMENT!

This Las Vegas media company probably had some backlash about the title and then re-titled it a little more accurately as "Retired Police Chief killed in hit-and-run remembered for laugh, love of coffee". I add this title in the last 10 seconds of video.
